LEED® for Schools Green Building Rating System™

LEED for Schools is a rating system created by the U.S. Green Building Council for K-12 schools and higher education buildings, and is aimed at improving children’s overall learning environment while also helping schools to be more energy efficient.

While many of the LEED for Schools credit requirements are carried over from the LEED v. 2.2 NC guidelines, there are a few changes aimed specifically at school performance.
